By accessing and using this customer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This portal is provided to registered plot owners/applicants of the respective Green City project for the purpose of viewing maintenance bills and making online payments.
Access to this portal is granted based on the mobile number and plot details registered with the project office. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account.
Bill amounts, dues, and receipt details displayed on this portal are generated from project records. In case of any discrepancy, the records maintained at the project office shall be considered final.
Online payments made through this portal are processed via a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. A receipt will be generated only after successful confirmation of payment.
We aim to keep this portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this portal, including delays caused by payment gateway failures or network issues.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
